SHIPPING

Australian shipping

We are pleased to offer a rush order service to all customers, with all orders being shipped within one business day. In an effort to offer customers the most cost-effective shipping, we have standard and express shipping options available. We utilise the services of both Australia Post and Sendle, so that we are able to offer customers the fastest possible shipping. Orders that come to a total of $150 or more receive complimentary standard shipping with the code FREESHIPPING.

Here is a breakdown of our current shipping rates. Please note that some items may fall under a larger weight bracket if they are fragile and require bubble wrapping, or if they are longer in length and exceed the dimensions required for lighter parcel sizes.  

Standard delivery with tracking within Australia: 

  • C5 Envelope (cards only) - $5.65

  • Parcels under 500g - $9.20 

  • Parcels between 500g to 1kg - $12.20 

  • Parcels between 1kg to 3kg - $15.31 

  • Parcels over 3kg - $18.48 

Express delivery with tracking within Australia: 

  • C5 envelope (cards only) - $7.27 

  • Parcels under 500g- $11.90 

  • Parcels between 500g to 1kg- $15.56 

  • Parcels between 1kg to 3kg-  $19.21 

  • Parcels over 3kg- $25.31

Click and Collect

Contactless Click and Collect is available for Melbourne customers from our Brunswick home studio. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange a collection time. Once you’ve arrived, there’s no need to get out of the car, as we will bring your order out to you.

International shipping

We currently don’t have international shipping available, however, please feel free to contact us and we can obtain a shipping quote for you.

Free shipping on orders over $150

Orders that exceed $150 are eligible for free standard shipping. Once you have reached the checkout, you can enter the code FREESHIPPING in the discount code to obtain this offer. The code will not apply to orders under this value. There is no limit on the amount of times the code can be used.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Whilst all orders are shipped within one business day, once your order is in transit we are unable to guarantee how quickly it will be delivered to you. we recommend choosing express post for urgent orders to ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible. If you require further clarification into delivery times, please feel free to contact us via email: hello@rushorderbride.com.au

Tracking

All customers will receive a tracking number from Sendle or Australia Post, so that you can conveniently track the delivery of your parcel.

Amendment to shipping details

If any of your contact or shipping details have been entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. As we offer a rush order service, all orders are shipped within one day and once your parcel has been sent, we are unable to have it redirected.


RETURNS

Returns policy

We allow returns on most products found in our online store, however, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on all consumables, all hair and beauty products (including survival kits and nail polish), gift boxes, and candles, due to change of mind. All other items may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Products being returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We do not cover the cost of return postage, nor do we provide refunds for the original shipping charge. If you would like to return an item that is eligible to be returned, please contact us via email at hello@rushorderbride.com.au for further instructions. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund within 2 business days, via the same payment method used to make the order.

If you are concerned that there is a fault with an order or product that you have received, please contact us immediately via email at hello@rushorderbride.com.au so that we can assist you.


FAQ

Do you offer custom test tube weddings favours?

Absolutely! Let us know what product you would like to see in a test tube and we can organise a custom listing for you. For example, bath salts and soaks are another popular item to fill test tubes with, and we can also source other tea varieties. 

Do you offer custom gift boxes?

We love getting creative and can organise custom gift boxes to suit all budgets and all occasions! All products found in our gift boxes are available to be purchased individually on our website, but you're more than welcome to contact us directly so that we can create something special for you.
